HPD: Child, 4, Finds Parents Dead In Bedroom:

HOUSTON — A 4-year-old child found his parents dead in an apparent murder-suicide a north Houston home, officials told KPRC Local 2.
Houston police said the child found Kendra Brooks, 20, and Anthony Mack, 21, dead in a bedroom of a home in the 1200 block of Homer Street at about 12:15 p.m. Saturday.
Investigators said Brooks and Mack were living with Mack’s parents and had recently been arguing.
Brooks was asked to leave the home after an argument on Thursday, police said. Mack allowed her back into the home on Friday night or Saturday morning after reconciling, investigators said. Relatives said they had discussed getting their own apartment.
Detectives said Brooks and Mack suffered gunshot wounds to their heads. Police are working to determine which person was the shooter.
