Fathers Create Bulletproof Backpacks:
Apparently there is money to be made in fear mongering.
They’re lighter than 15 pounds but add that weight to an already overloaded student and you’re asking for back problems.
How tough are they? When I was in school I went through multiple backpacks in a year. At $175 a piece that’s pretty expensive.
A backpack covers about 30% of the body roughly? That still leaves a pretty good sized target.
While the creators’ hearts are in the right place I think their execution is flawed.
