Police bust apartment fraud scam:
35-year-old Kevin Froude of Toronto, Ontario was arrested for running the stereotypical craigslist apartment scam. Froude rented an apartment by paying the first and last months rent. Then Froude turned around acting as landlord and “rented” the apartment to three different people collecting first month’s rent and a security deposit.
At least do some research people before renting an apartment or house on craigslist.
