Hanover Park teen accused of robbery:
This is just one of the many things that could possibly happen if you try to hook up with some chick, hooker or otherwise, from craigslist.
Prosecutors say 19-year-old Jackie Yeazell was one of two women who lured a man to a Hanover Park parking lot amid promises of sex Thursday night. Once there, two men armed with baseball bats ambushed him, prosecutors said, demanding he hand over his cash and keys.
The men didn’t hit him, authorities say, but they did leave with $107, the man’s car keys and his cell phone.
Prosecutors say the victim contacted Yeazell and the other woman through the Craigslist Web site. The three met at a Hanover Park Internet cafe shortly before 11 p.m. Thursday, according to police reports, and then climbed into the man’s car.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they would try to sell the phone on craigslist too.
