Reason to Blow Up the World…

You know the story by now. An Austrian ‘father’ identified only as Josef F. has kept his daughter held captive in their basement for the past 24 years. He consistently raped his own daughter over the past two decades forcing her to have 6 children with only three surviving. The set up he had to keep them captive was so elaborate that it was worthy of any spy movie. But mainly because of this…

She told police she gave birth to twins in 1996, but one of the babies died a few days later as a result of neglect, and Josef F. removed the infant’s body and burned it.

I’m not buying it that the wife didn’t know. She either knew or is the dumbest person in the world.

This isn’t the first time Austria has made News of Doom either and it was for a similar crime.

I’m sickened by the whole ordeal so I’m going to throw up a 10 and be done with it.

Roseburg High shooting victim sues school, shooter:

It’s been a while since I posted about the Roseburg High School shooting from Oregon. That’s because the shooter, Vincent Leodoro, was sentenced to juvenile detention until his 25th birthday and that was supposed to be that. Accept for the fact that his victim, Joseph Monti, was left with a mound of debt as far as medical bills were concerned. So it should come as no surprise that Joseph Monti, now 18, is suing the gunman, the gunman’s parents, another student and the school.

Suing the gunman and his family, that’s a given.

Monti’s lawsuit claims that Leodoro’s stepfather and his mother were negligent because they didn’t keep their semiautomatic pistol and hollow-point ammunition secured. Efforts to reach Leodoro’s parents were unsuccessful.

Unfortunately suing the school is also a given even though I think that does more harm than good. And lastly I’m not surprised that another student is being sued considering that student may have been the instigator in the matter.

Monti is suing for $605,224.48 altogether which doesn’t seem too unreasonable.

SC prosecutor: Teen in bomb plot to stay in county jail:

Ryan Schallenberger will remain in Chesterfield County Jail for now despite prosecutors’ concern for Schallenberger’s well being. Schallenberger’s defender said he’s not worried about his client’s well being.

Schallenberger will next be in court to determine if he will undergo a mental evaluation.
