Judge: New Britain Man Who Created Fake MySpace Page Should Face Trial:
22-year-old Matthew Aiudi of Connecticut tried to get a slap on the wrist for making a fake ‘sexually explicit’ MySpace of a woman he felt ignored him.
Superior Court Judge Joan Alexander rejected Matthew Aiudi’s request for accelerated probation. She said in New Britain that the complicated scheme was “malicious and dangerous” and made the woman fearful for her safety by announcing on the Web page that the woman was interested in casual sex with strangers, especially older men.
Auldi has been charged with second-degree harassment, fifth-degree computer crime and obscenity which he has pleaded not guilty to.
