Official Accused Of Cyberstalking:
This is the other problem with craigslist’s erotic services section. It’s too effective of a harassment tool. For example…
29-year-old Reuben Warrior…hold on…yep, that’s his name all right. If I had mad photoshop skillz I’d make a picture of a sandwich holding a sword and shield. Is his brother the BLT Soldier? But I digress.
Anyway, 29-year-old Reuben Warrior of Winter Haven, Florida has been arrested on cyberstalking charges. Did I also mention that he’s a state health inspector for the Sunshine State? It seems that Mr. Warrior, if that is his real name, placed an ad on craigslist with the picture and phone number of a woman he had an issue with. I’m assuming it was in the erotic services section since the article says it was a provocative photo. Provocative photos normally aren’t used when someone is trying to give away a couch.
Now follow me on this one because it took me a while to get.
According to an arrest affidavit, Warrior targeted the woman because her husband and his girlfriend, who used to be married to each other, are involved in a child custody dispute.
So it’s his girlfriend’s ex-husband’s girlfriend. That’s Jerry Springer type drama once removed if you ask me.
Warrior admitted to using a government laptop to place the ad.
However Mr. Sandwich Stalker did me sort of a favor. He proved to me that it’s easy to get around craigslist’s so called steps taken to limit the number of erotic services ads.
Warrior admitted to detectives that he tried to place the ad three times before being successful — one time the ad was denied due to inappropriate language, deputies said.
That will stop them. Won’t it Jim?
