Business claims to offer ‘safe spot’ for craigslist users:
Former police officer Dan Prochoda of Westminster, Colorado has come up with a great idea to stay safe while conducting business through craigslist. He’s opened a place called The Safer Spot.
For $15 an hour people can meet either a seller or buyer at The Safer Spot without putting themselves in danger. According to the website The Safer Spot does not tolerate any kind of illegal activity on it’s premises.
I think this is a great idea and I wish Mr. Prochoda and his business well. But it is a sad state of affairs that something like this is needed.
So if you’re in the Denver Metro area I recommend using The Safer Spot if you do legal business on craigslist.
