Teenage rapist gets 3 years in custody as judge cites his “utter lack of remorse”:

Another one of the Washington state teen rapists has been sentenced and this one actually has to do some time.

The article doesn’t mention his name since he’s only 17 but if you go here you can probably figure it out.

Anyway, the teen rapist was sentenced to be held in a juvenile facility until his 21st birthday for the rape that him and three of his friends committed on a 16-year-old girl they met over MySpace.

Here’s something that I did not know about the victim. She had become pregnant through the rape and had an abortion because of it. Just one more reason why these little punks should have been charged as adults.

This suspect was allegedly sorry for what happened…

“I just want to say I’m sorry,” the youth sobbed. “I’m really sorry for what happened.”

However the judge didn’t buy it at all…

But Hayden said that what “struck me the hardest” was a section of a presentence report in which the boy was quoted as calling the girl a liar for accusing him of rape. Other presentence documents indicated the boy denied responsibility for the attack, was not amenable to treatment and showed no concern for the girl.

The suspect’s mother, who doesn’t speak a lick of English, said this is not the case and was planning on taking responsibility by marrying the girl and was upset over the fact that she got an abortion because it’s against his religion. Which of course the judge responded by saying “And rape isn’t?”

As usual it sounds like to me the suspect was more sorry for being caught than anything.

exactly if you dont know all the facts dont bother to write your opinions. in fact i know some more truth about this case, and where is the proof that this girl bacame pregnant in the first place, did anybody saw medical records of her abortion? "dont think so"

was this girl forced to have sex? or did she willingly did that? and if it was forsed why was she taken home afterwards? how did the guys knew where she lived? how come no one heard her screaming or running away? it happened in the city where people are everywhere… somebody would of heard her.

Even if someone would have heard her screaming, most of the time people wont help because they believe someone else will. And rapists will sometimes do something like take their victims home to keep a hold of power over their victim.

Gawd… it reads like "they" are spewing into babelfish and posting the results here. It feels like "eye rape" trying to read that crap. Here's what I was able to walk away with…

"They" are questioning the validity of the rape charges… maybe insinuating it was the girl's fault??

It sounds like they're at least friends of the suspects. Those type of people always pop up on here to defend these fucking scumbags.

And they always know the "truth" right? And the newspapers and media are "always lying" about "everything". Right.

Rape takes many forms, and they don't always involve the victim screaming at the top of her lungs and then being left for dead on the side of the road. You don't have to be a stranger with a ski mask to be a rapist. It saddens me that I even have to type that in this day and age.

Lana has been crying "the boys are innocent" since june. Frankly she hasnt offered one bit of evidence. All she has said is "I KNOW THINGS YOU DONT KNOW" without being able to prove any of it.

She doesnt understand rape. She thinks that bad girls cannot be raped because apparently they always want the sex, and therefore would never say no. See the june story. Myself and Laurie have been yelling at her and some other girl for several weeks. She'll never get it through her head that her precious little boys raped this girl.

The proof that I'll accept is not going to be about what the girl does for fun, or that she's a 'bad girl' I want medical records saying she wasnt raped, actual evidence, not character references for the people involved. Why would a rapist take his victim to her home? That's actually rather easy. As Christine del Ohio said above, its so that he can continue to have power over her. See, if he takes her home, she then *knows* that he can come back and find her again any time he wants. She *knows* that if the cops get involved, her attacker can EASILY find her and very well could come to her home to try and harm her again or even kill her. So it's no big mystery why he'd take her home, and it's HARDLY exculpatory.

Hmmm… maybe those words are too big for y'all, so lemme try that again: It's actually not too uncommon for a rapist to take his victim home because he shows he knows how to find her and can come f*ck her up or maybe even kill her if she tries to rat him out to the cops. So just cuz he took her home it don't mean sh*t about whether or not he raped her.

If you've got proof of his innocence, then you should really get it first to his defense attorney, and then either get it published or post it online. Otherwise, you just sound like you're full of crap
