Second of teen torturers sentenced

Teen gets 39 years for torture of disabled woman:

The second of the pair of Ohio teens who beat and tortured a 19-year-old girl who just had brain surgery has been sentenced.

I’m sure you remember Jospeh Nagle and Cheyenne Blanton. They’re the jolly teens who broke into the house of 19-year-old Ashley Clark, tied her up, shaved her head, beat her with a baseball bat, threw her in the shower then made her walk out in the snow in bare feet. All over a 9=hour period.

In my original post about them a bunch of their idiot friends defended them saying they were ‘misunderstood’ and ‘not that bad’.

The court disagreed when they sentenced the remorseless Blanton to 44 years.

At his sentencing Nagle tried to act remorseful…

Nagle addressed the judge during the sentencing, offering an apology for his actions.

“What I did was horrible. I deserve to be punished. I deserve to go to prison,” Nagle said.

The judge agreed and sent him to prison for 39 years.

Now let’s go to Nagle’s mom…

The teen’s mother, Mary Nagle. said she sees a talented young man when she looks at her son, not a violent person that has been portrayed through the media.

“He is worthy of rehabilitation,” Mary Nagle said, adding she believes Joseph was influenced on the day of the crime by Blanton. “He needs mental health treatment more than incarceration.”

How about no? He’s not worth of rehabilitation if he needs mental health treatment maybe YOU should have gotten it for him BEFORE he beat this girl.

Thanks to Chuck D. for bringing the noise.

It's certainly nice to read about people who are ACTUALLY punished for their atrocities

Fake remorse = 5 year lighter sentence than your partner in crime. Go figure.
