Zarate statements admissible

Judge: Inmate statements allowed in Randolph teen slaying case:

Superior Court Judge Salem Ahto ruled yesterday that the statements Jonathan Zarte made to other inmates of the Passaic County jail are admissible.

If you’ll recall Zarate made statements to other inmates allegedly admitting to the murder of Jennifer Parks and bragging about how he was going to beat the charge on an insanity defense. He also asked an inmate who was found not guilty by reason of insanity on how to act insane.

Some of those inmates sent letters to the prosecutors office detailing Zarate’s statements.

One less hurdle to overcome to putting this scumbag away for life.

Illinois baby raper

Yorkville man charged with sexual assault of infant:

Reason to Blow Up the World

A Yorkville man has been charged with felony predatory criminal sexual assault after his infant stepchild was brought to an emergency room early Sunday, the Kendall County Sheriff’s Department said.

Deputies responded to Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora about 12:25 a.m. Sunday after receiving a report of a possible criminal sexual assault to an infant, the Sheriff’s Department news release said.

The infant’s stepfather, Kyle W. Zaricor, 23, of the 0-600 block of McHugh Road in Yorkville, was charged with two counts of felony predatory criminal sexual assault, the release said.

The infant was brought to the emergency room just before midnight with injuries that allegedly occurred at the parents’ residence Saturday. The hospital immediately contacted the sheriff’s office and the Department of Children and Family Services, the release said.

Remember the rule I instituted for an automatic 10 points for baby rapers? So yeah…10 points.

Nod of Doom to Florida Bill.

Foster Breeder runs grow house

Pot-growing foster mom:

49-year-old foster Breeder Sherry Feightner of the Portland, Oregon area was arrested for running a marijuana grow operation in her house. Feightner was the foster ‘parent’ of a 9-year-old boy, a 2-year-old girl, and a 13-year-old whatever.

The 13-year-old’s bedroom was also the drying room for the marijuana. Police say the smell of marijuana was so strong it hurt and could even smell it outside of the house.

I guess the government money wasn’t enough.

Woman makes big mistake in craigslist ad

Free Stuff Ad Leads Thieves To Home:

A woman’s ad on the Portland craigslist led to her home being ransacked. She was giving some stuff away for free but she put something on her ad that just invited the thieves.

“I did put in the ad: ‘Knock on the door and if I’m there, I’ll let you see the rest of the stuff,’

So when she wasn’t there a couple of thieves help themselves to the items in her backyard after busting down the fence.

Who would have thought that criminals look at craigslist?

Boyfriend beats toddler

Pennsylvania

Suspect Found Hugging Badly Beaten Toddler:

Reason to Blow Up the World

BURRELL TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A 19-month-old boy was put on life support Tuesday night after being punched, shaken and bitten, state police in Indiana County said.

Police said Leonard Mcintire was beaten Monday at a home on Main Street in Burrell Township. The child suffered massive head trauma and several internal injuries and has had surgery at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, police said. The boy is listed in critical condition.

Joshua Turner, 19, was charged with aggravated assault. He remains in custody at the Indiana County Jail.

The child’s mother, 20-year-old Kimberly Shirley, told WTAE Channel 4′s Marcie Cipriani that she wasn’t home when the injuries happened. When Shirley found the boy, he was unconscious and being hugged by Turner, she said.

“He has a broken arm, he has lots of bruises, he has a couple bite marks,” Shirley said.

Police said the 19-month-old is called L.J. by his family.

“He had surgery on his head. They had to remove a part of his skull. He still has lots of swelling, lots of bleeding in his brain,” said Shirley.

Police said Turner, who they said is Shirley’s boyfriend, attacked the toddler inside Shirley’s home when she wasn’t there.

“Whenever I got back I found the baby unconscious. He was at first laying on the loveseat,” said Shirley.

Shirley says she called 911, then looked toward Turner.

“He started crying and that, like, it was an accident,” Shirley said.

At first, Shirley said Turner told her he picked L.J. up from his highchair and he hit his face on a door. But police said Turner later told them that he became upset and angry with the toddler, punching him in the chest, biting him and shaking him.

I admire any teen mother who tries to be responsible in raising their children. However you need to stop leaving them with your teenage boyfriends. They’re stupid and violent.

One point for punching the baby, another point for shaking the baby, one more point for biting the baby, another point for tying to say it was an accident, another point for crying because you only cried because you knew you would get caught, and one last point for just being an all around violent little fuck. That’s 6.

Calgary couple conned on kijiji

Scammers attack real estate:

It’s not just craigslist where the scammers have taken hold. Every once in a while we get the odd kijiji story as well and this is one of them. In case you didn’t know kijiji is a craigslist competitor that was founded and owned by eBay.

A couple from Calgary fell for the Nigerian scam by wiring money to Nigeria to a man they thought was a Calgray doctor renting out his home. He was allegedly in Africa doing ‘Christian missionary work.’

The house actually belonged to a 79-year-old woman who is selling the house but not on kijiji.

#23 in Nebraska

Boy is 23rd child abandoned at Neb. hospital:

Speaking of Nebraaska, because we do a lot of that these days, the 23rd child has been dropped off under their rather loose safe haven laws. Again, it’s not a newborn.

This time it’s a 17-year-old boy but at least this time it looks like he was from in state.

His female Breeder and male step-Breeder gave the excuses of…

…the boy wouldn’t follow their rules and that they couldn’t afford some programs he needed.

Again, more Breeders relying on the ‘system’ to raise their child.

More fake scammer names

Some more fake craigslist scammer names to add to the list. The first one is Arsenio Calle which was used on the typical renter scam, thanks to reader Keith.

We also have Peter Terry and Liana Costello with the email address of lai.costello@yahoo.com which were used on rental scams in the Felton, California area. Thanks to reader Denica for those.

Teen kills his pregnant mom

South Carolina

Police: 14-year-old SC boy killed his pregnant mom:

Reason to Blow Up the World

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — A 14-year-old South Carolina boy faces two counts of murder in the deaths of his mother and unborn sister she was carrying, authorities said Monday.

Sherryle Terry, 35, who was eight months pregnant, was shot several times in her home on Sunday night. The girl she was carrying also died in the shooting, Darlington County Coroner Todd Hardee said.

The boy was arrested a few hours later at a relative’s house after witnesses told police he was the shooter, said Darlington County Chief Deputy Tom Gainey, who would not talk about what the teen said to investigators.

He is charged with two murder counts because the baby could have lived outside the womb, said Prosecutor Jay Hodge, who plans to ask for the teen to be tried as an adult.

The teen also shot his 12-year-old sister in the neck, but she is expected to survive, Gainey said. The boy had not been in trouble with the law before and deputies have no motive for the killings, Gainey said.

And from another article

The girl told police the mother and son had argued in the past over his possible gang activity. On the day of the shooting, she said, he asked her, “If I shot Momma, would the baby die?”

If he wasn’t a gang thug he sure acted like one. Prosecutors are looking to charge him as an adult.

One point for each killing (2),one point for shooting his sister, another point for running, and I’ll throw in another point for whatever your selfish motive was. That’s 5.

Nebraska legislature calls emergency session

Neb. sets special session on safe-haven law:

That didn’t take long.

Finally the Nebraska legislature has decided to call an emergency session to do something about their safe haven law. Is it going to be today? No. Monday? No. It’s going to be on November 14th. So irresponsible Breeders still have 2 weeks to dump off their kids. Get in before the rush.
