Parents of one of the Robertson High football players accused of sodomizing their teammates with a broomstick. Not surprisingly it’s the parents of Marcus Gutierrez filing the suit. You remember him. He’s one of the players who violated his house arrest.
They’re suing the Las Vegas, NM school district on the grounds that they say their son was not directly involved in the broomstickery.
”Petitioner cannot be severely punished for conduct that was, at a minimum, implicitly approved by the supervising staff,” the complaint in federal court states.
While if this was ‘approved’ *wink wink* by the coaching staff then they need to be prosecuted too but that doesn’t relieve Gutierrez of responsibility. He could have said no.
