DA charges school officials in hazing case:
Several school officials have been charged with crimes related to the Robertson High hazing incident where younger football team members were sodomized with broomsticks by their older teammates.
Superintendent Rick Romero, Robertson athletic director Michael Yara, former head coach Ray Woods and former assistant coaches Adam Alvarez and Ikaika Neizman have been charged with misdemeanor counts of failure to report child abuse or neglect.
It’s refreshing to see a DA’s office taking these types of charges seriously for once and holding everyone involved accountable.
This is not boys being boys.
