Police in Jacksonville, Florida are said to be cracking down on the erotic service ads on craigslist. Let’s hear from Assistant State Attorney Richard Manei about the disclaimers in erotic service ads…

He said the people posting the sex ads try to skirt the legal system by offering to be paid in roses instead of dollars or by including a disclaimer that often reads, “This is NOT an offer for sex … donations are simply for time and companionship. Anything else that may occur is between consenting adults.”

“It doesn’t help. They can say that all they want,” Mantei said.
