NE woman, 22,gets 3 years’ probation in mom-daughter sex case:
You remember 22-year-old Tami/Tammi Smith don’t you? She’s the daughter in the mother/daughter hooker team from the Northeast section of Philadelphia.
If you’ll recall Smith and her mother, 39-year-old Traci Young, were allegedly turning tricks in their home off of craigslist. Smith has three children ages 7, 5 and 3. And they had the prerequisite pitbulls in the home as well. You can see my original post on it here.
Anyway Ms. Smith was sentence to only 3 years probation because she had a drug problem and that’s why she had to turn tricks.
Now wait just a damn minute. So not only was she turning tricks with her kids in the house but she was also doing drugs as well and all she gets is probation? so because she did drugs she basically gets off. The world is backwards. The Philadelphia court should be ashamed.
Meanwhile Traci Young who had originally pleaded guilty has changed her plea and is now going to trial.
