Authorities use Craigslist to crack down on prostitution:
Police in York County, South Carolina have arrested an alleged pimip and three alleged prostitutes in a recent craigslist hooker sting.
This is significant for two reasons. One, it shows that even though this only the 4th hooker bust nationwide to my knowledge since craigslist underwent ‘the change’ it shows that prostitution is still going on through craigslist. Secondly it shows that prostitution is being committed on craigslist in South Carolina despite craigslist’s claims to the contrary.
As usual craigslist did not respond to News 14′s request for a comment.
