Man Accused of Posting Ad on Craigslist Using Another Man’s ID:
Normally I would post this under a craigslist crime blotter post but I’m a sucker for a funny mugshot. Anyway that’s Morgan Smith of Eau Claire, Wisc. He allegedly thought it would be funny if he posted an ad under men seeking men on craigslist using the identity of his girlfriend’s best make friend. That’ll win you points with the girlfriend.
Anyway when the friend started getting phone calls about the ad he went to police. Smith has been charged with identity theft.
You know his mugshot reminds me of something but I just can’t put my finger on it. Oh wait. I remember now.
