I’m behind schedule again so I’m just going to post the links to the highlights of today’s testimony.

Co-defendant Avion Lawson testified today that Tommy Poindexter was the ringleader behind the home invasion and gang rape. However under cross examination he admitted that the guns used belong to his cousin and he basically called Poindexter a retard.

Apparently that was the only highlight today.

Tomorrow Lawson is scheduled to testify against Nathan Walker.

Crappy testimony aside I seriously doubt either Poindexter or Walker will go free.

Pipe bomb attack closes down Hillsdale High

I just love the start of school season. Not really.

Anyway, 17-year-old Alex Youshock was arrested for detonating pipe bombs at his former high school. Youshock allegedly detonated the bombs at Hillsdale High School in San Mateo, California. He was also said to have a tactical vest on that contained even more pipe bombs and he was carrying a sword and a chainsaw.

Luckily he was piled on by a trio of teachers and no one was hurt. Police arrived shortly thereafter to take him in.

A search of the Youshock’s house did turn up the bomb making materials.

The fact the had pipe bombs makes me want to think that he is a mutant but I won’t declare him one just yet. I haven’t heard yet why he is a former student of the school.

I’ll post more as I receive more details.

Feds want death penalty for slain Vt. girl’s uncle:

Today federal prosecutors announced that they will be seeking the death penalty for accused murderer Michael Jacques.

Jacques is the man accused of molesting and killing his 12-year-old niece Brooke Bennett. Jacques allegedly altered Brooke’s MySpace to make it look like she ran away.

Not only does Vermont not have the death penalty but they also let Jacques out of a 20 year sentence because he completed their sex offender ‘treatment program’. Obviously it didn’t work.

Openeing statements in first Dunbar Village trial

Opening arguments begin in Dunbar Village gang-rape trial:

Today is the opening day of the trial for Dunbar Village gang rape suspects Nathan Walker and Tommy Poindexter. Their fate will be decided by two separate juries.

Walker’s attorney makes the grandiose claim that there is little evidence to support that Walker was even involved in the various crimes he’s accused of.

Poindexter’s attorney made the more reasonable statement that her client was part of the group that gang raped a woman and made her have sex with her son but that he’s not guilty of the 11 crimes he’s charged with. I said more reasonable statement and I didn’t say it was necessarily truthful.

The prosecution said that the evidence including DNA is insurmountable.

Both of them are Poindexter and Walker are looking at 11 life sentences.

Look. I get it. You need my financial support. If I had the money I would give it. But I think you’re marketing technique for soliciting donations could use some work.

So please stop showing abused animals on your commercials. I know that animals are being abused but your commercials just make me want to change the channel because I hate seeing any kind of animal in distress.

BTW, that’s my cat Ducksauce. She’s treated very well.

FSP: Melissa Ann Andreini paid her victim

Teacher allegedly paid student after sex:

28-year-old Melissa Ann Andreini was a teacher at Helper Junior High School in Helper, Utah. Not only is she charged with having sex with a 15-year-old male student but she allegedly also paid her victim somewhere in the neighborhood of $1500. It’s unknown if the money was in gratitude or if it was hush money.

Now as we always do for FSP stories let’s reverse the gender roles for a second. What if a male teacher was having sex with a 15-year-old female student and paid her $1500. Isn’t that basically calling the 15-year-old girl a whore? You bet your ass there would be an angry mob in the making.

She looks like she can clean up pretty good. She’ll probably get probation.

Man beaten in hate crime

Teens Charged In Assault Of Man, 76:

I’m going to try and not do a lot of crime stories at this blog but you’ll see why I’m doing this one here in a second.

You see, I grew up in South Jersey and moved to North Carolina about 11 years ago. Now the South gets an unfair reputation of being a haven for racist activities and hate crimes. Let me tell you, I saw more instances of hate crimes in New Jersey then I ever did while living here in the South. For example…

Those two charming young lads are Zackary Dylon Watson, 17, and Emanuel Miller, 16. They’re accused of assaulting elderly fisherman James Privott who just happens to be black. They beat him enough to put him in the hospital. Police are saying the attack was racially motivated.

His wife had this to say about the attack…


“What has happened is an unfortunately thing. I think we’re living in a prison world, because we’re not safe here.”



Now where do you think this happened? Alabama? Mississippi? How about Baltimore? Maryland may be below the Mason-Dixon line but it is far from being the south.

I get sick of people from the Northeast who think that they’re some kind of racial haven when obviously they’re not. I would even say that race relations are probably better in the South than anywhere in the country.

Police get a shock when new Taser briefly ignites suspect:

Police in Lancaster, Ohio caught 31-year-old homeless man Daniel Wood huffing on a spray can of keyboard cleaner. When Wood became combative by trying to kick and bite police they employed their TASERs. Thanks to the fumes Wood briefly caught fire. Wood’s injuries were minor.

But those of you that complain about TASERs how should have police handled this suspect? If they didn’t have their TASERS they would have to have resorted to their batons or guns. But I bet you think that they shouldn’t have those either huh?

Remember kids, if you’ve been TASERed you probably deserved it and if you don’t want to be TASERed don’t break the law. It really is that simple.

Teacher Accused Of Molesting Camper:

Cops: Teacher Sent Student Love E-Mail:

32-year-old Melanie Fonseca was an art teacher at a Boys and Girls Club summer camp in Kissimmee, Florida. That was until it was found out that she allegedly had sexual contact with a 14-year-old male camper.

She allegedly gave the boy several hummers (not the car) at a laundry room in an apartment building not far from the camp. Neither of them lived in the complex. Ick.

But of course like most predators she doesn’t see it as child molestation but as ‘love’. Here’s one of her alleged e-mails to her teen victim…

“To some it may be crazy and insane because of our age difference, but it doesn’t matter to me,” one e-mail from Fonseca to the teen reads. “It’s not infatuation or obsession, it’s love. Real, true, pure love. If anyone ever found out I’m sure I’d be accused of so much wrongdoing, of having done so much wrong to you in making you follow my every lead, but we both know that is not the case.”


Now again let’s imagine if the gender roles were reversed and a 32-year-old male camp counselor was caught going down on a 14-year-old girl in an apartment complex laundry room. I’m sure there would several male volunteers who would like to pay that guy a visit with a 2×4. But since the molester is female it’s looked at like it’s no big deal.

As far as sentencing goes she’s not that good looking but she’s not a hosebeast so I would imagine 90 days in county at the most.
