22-year-old Aaron Lee Noyer of Erie, Pennsylvania has been arrested in the death of 2-year-old Elizabeth Neimeic. It’s not as clinical as that though.
Noyer ‘allegedly’, I’m really beginning to hate that word, broke into the house where Elizabeth was sleeping. Police say he abducted her, took her to nearby railroad tracks, then raped her, then strangled her death before throwing her lifeless body to the ground twice.
Noyer claims that he didn’t plan on kidnapping Elizabeth but that he was going to rob the house when he decided to kidnap, rape and kill her. That’s one of the biggest loads of crap I have ever heard. Was he just a regular burglar who was all of a sudden overcome with murderous pedophilia? I don’t think so.
Noyer tried saying that he was on Facebook and MySpace all night at the time of Elizabeth’s abduction but his fingerprints are said to have been in Elizabeth’s bedroom. I did a quick MySpace check and found that Noyer has at least 4 different MySpaces. In my opinion the behavior of a predator.
Pennsylvania does have the death penalty but may not have it for long. I hope they have it long enough to send this scumbag to hell.
