Missoula craigslist john a no show in court

Clinton man accused of being Craigslist prostitution client skips court hearing:

31-year-old Adam Schiesser is one of the men accused of soliciting underage prostitutes in the now infamous Missoulal, Montana craigslist child prostitution ring. Schiesser is accused of trading an ounce of weed to have sex with an adult woman.

Now he’s also accused of failure to appear as he blew off his court date for the charges. This shouldn’t be a surprise because in a previous incident Schiesser was supposed to pay restitution to a police offer he beat up while resisting arrest in 2009. He stopped paying that.

As far as I can tell he has not been captured yet but I’m guessing the local police are chomping at the bit to get him back since he’s obviously not a fan of law enforcement.

Schiesser is poking the bear in my opinion and that bear will probably be more than happy to poke back.

In regards to Adam Schiesser and the Resisting Arrest case out of Missoula County.
There has been a gross twisting of the facts in this case. Officer James Myers did not have the right to arrest Mr. Schiesser. This fact was covered up in court. Mr. Schiesser was prevented from telling the Jury the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth when Judge Karen Orzek said that he could not repeat the conversation between Officer Myers and Mr. Schiesser. This conversation though is a key piece of evidence in the fact that it shows Officer Myers’ motive for lying about what really went on. It also would have explained to the jury the fact that Officer Myers was violating police procedure by showing up to Mr. Schiesser’s house on hear say evidence. Furthermore the Missoula County Sheriff’s department made no further investigation into either Mr. Schiesser’s or that of his accuser’s allegations. This incident supposedly involved the hacking of a social website and threats made via cell phones. Missoula County Sheriff’s Department made no attempt to look into any of this. If they had, they quickly would have found out that A) Mr. Schiesser was in fact NOT the person who had done any of the things he was being accused of, but that it was in fact his girlfriend at the time; B) that no real law was broken to begin with; and C) that Samantha A. Letterman was conducting scams through craigslist that Mr. Schiesser uncovered.
Maybe this is why only the charge of resisting arrest was brought against Mr. Schiesser. The damages that he is being sued for were not caused by him but in fact caused by Officer Myers attempt to unlawfully break into Mr. Schiesser’s home. It is a fact that Officer Myers did NOT have a warrant of any kind. It is also fact that police procedure in a case like this dictates that they mail a summons to court. It does not allow for them to rush out to a person’s home and attempt to break into their house and haul them to jail. This was a show of force by Officer Myers and the Missoula County Sheriff’s Department, an attempt to teach Mr. Schiesser that he does what they say or else.
Due to a poor lawyer and a rigged justice system there was no way that Mr. Schiesser could have gotten a fair trial on this. Judge Karen Orzek does not even have a Law Degree. The jury pool in Missoula County is so low that many of the people who were on the jury of six who sat on Mr. Schiesser’s case were repeat jurors. Most of them were city or state workers, three of those in the jury pool were even police officers. Then Judge Orzek prevented Mr. Schiesser from telling the truth about what happened and of course Officer Myers was able to say anything he wanted. Ask the jurors, Scott Hilderman who was Mr. Schiesser’s lawyer or certain individuals in the hall that day, Officer Myers claimed Mr. Schiesser did not attack him, nor even use foul language toward him. Officer Myers claims Mr. Schiesser simply turned away from him while he was trying to arrest him and sustained $18,000+ in medical damages. Now I’m sorry but it does not take much intelligence to see the flaw here. $18k for simply turning around? No, I think it’s only obvious that Officer Myers was in fact injured when he attempted to break into Mr. Schiesser’s home, which is the story Mr. Schiesser tells. Mr. Schiesser says Officer Myers got angry when Mr. Schiesser challenged the legality of Officer Myers being at his home, Officer Myers pulled a tazer and lunged at him. Mr. Schiesser was able to slip back into his front door, as he turned around closing the door Officer Myers attempted to break through still trying to tazer Mr. Schiesser. Officer Myer’s arm and leg were caught in the door. Mr. Schiesser having been witness when he was 18 years old to police officers out right murdering people, rightfully feared for his life at this point and repeatedly slammed the door on Officer Myers to push him from the house. How come this was all left out by Officer Myers when he was put on the stand? Was it to cover up the fact he was using excessive force and ultimately violating police procedure? After all… when an officer the very next day approached Mr. Schiesser and said “can we just talk about this? we may be able to clear this all up right now.”, Mr. Schiesser cooperated fully and told the detective everything save for what happened with Officer Myers, to which he replied “you’ll have to wait for my attorney for what happened after your officer showed up.” Mr. Schiesser has two witnesses who were never put on the stand who would testify to Mr. Schiesser’s account of what happened.
Clearly they were wrong about rushing out there in the first place as Mr. Schiesser was not charged with anything else. Officer James Myers and the officer above him who instructed him to violate police procedure and just go out to Mr. Schiesser’s house and haul him in, should be held responsible for their misconduct, especially if you expect Mr. Schiesser to be held accountable for anything. With police officers and a justice system that have no accountability, it is no wonder Mr. Schiesser has elected to hide.

In regards to the Missoula supposed child prostitution ring.
First off let me start by saying that this has been a show put on by Judge Orzek and Detective TJ McDermott, for two reasons. Judge Orzek is/was campaigning for reelection to her seat as judge. McDermott is trying to justify his $800,000.00 a year ICAC budget to a federal review board. McDermott has exaggerated the truth of the mater from the first moment he got involved. His police report shows that his original accusations released to the media were largely false. It in fact shows that Amillia Townsend was far from forced. In fact I think that if read carefully it shows that she largely orchestrated it. Mr. Schiesser got involved with this case somewhat by accident while running his own investigation into the mater. He pretended to be a John in order to figure out what was really going on in this situation. He worried that maybe there really was someone in trouble. After finding out it was not the normal scam he investigated further and eventually met with Amillia Townsend. He offered to help her, she refused all the options for help that he presented to her. She also told him she had been doing this for two years. By most accounts that is prior to her involvement with Mr. Carpita. So TJ McDermott’s accusations of forced underage prostitution ring are incorrect. However people involved are still being slandered and said to have solicited an underage prostitute. In almost every incident in this case the John’s were led to believe the girl was 18 both via the posting on Craigslist, the text messages exchanged and the girl herself told them all she was 18. All but one of the girls were 18 or older, and by Montana law the 16 year old Amillia Townsend is of consenting age. Another flaw in the police report involves Mr. Schiesser directly. First of all the date that Amillia Townsend claims she met Mr. Schiesser are inaccurate, not by just a few days but by months. Also she is unable to remember much about the incident with Mr. Schiesser? She is able to tell large story’s about everyone else but only a hand full of one liners about Mr. Schiesser? Including a statement about how there were so many people she cannot remember it all? Or remember what she did and with whom? Mr. Schiesser did not sleep or have any sort of sex with Amillia Townsend and her statement that says otherwise can only be construed as a coerced statement gotten by TJ McDermott’s threats. The same threats he called Mr. Schiesser with months ago. He told Mr. Schiesser if he did not come in and tell them what they wanted to hear that he would be prosecuted for soliciting a underage prostitute. My guess is he told Amillia something similar, “if you do not tell me what I want to hear I will prosecute you for being a prostitute”.
Quite frankly I can understand how Mr. Schiesser would flee and fear for his life. Twice now he has seen the lies and injustices carried out by the Missoula County Sheriff’s Department and Judge Karen Orzek.
All charges should be dropped against Mr. Schiesser as by all accounts he really has done nothing wrong.
The media should stop reporting on things which they know nothing about and Mr. Schiesser should be relieved of both cases. Innocent people are being imprisoned by a clearly failing system.
