Man accused of trying to meet teen, parents for sex:

Police say that 32-year-old Milton Tate drove from Clearwater to Orlando (106 miles) in order to have sex with a woman, her husband and their 13-year-old daughter. This was because Tate allegedly responded to a craigslist ad seeking for a willing partner for ‘the family’.

Luckily the family wasn’t for real, they were actually the Orlando PD.

Another child predator on craigslist, another ad that was posted that should have been flagged, another way craigslist keeps dropping the ball when it comes to predators on their site.

Casual encounters needs to be moderated or shut down.

UPDATE 3/10/2012: Tate has pleaded no contest to the charges against him. So much for entrapment.

      First off this is a website, we’re not the cops. Secondly I’ve made the drive from Tampa to Orlando and I seriously doubt the police forced him to make that drive. 

      You may want to look up what entrapment really means.

    How is this Entrapment? Did the cops make him respond to the ad? Or did they make him make that drive? Oh that’s right, no.
