In Milwaukee County, Wisconsin police arrested Annette Morales-Rodriguez in the brutal murder of 23-year-old Maritza Ramirez-Cruz and cutting the baby from Ramirez-Cruz’s womb.
This is not the first time I’ve posted one of these stories and I hate to say it but it’s the same old story.
Police say that Morales-Rodriguez was so wanting to have a baby with her boyfriend that she was willing to kill someone and steal theirs. It’s alleged that Morales-Rodriguez scoured the streets looking for a pregnant woman and when she found Ms. Ramirez-Cruz and offered her a ride. Morales-Rodriguez then said she needed to change her shoes and her victim followed her inside. That’s where Morales-Rodriguez allegedly beat her victim with a baseball bat and then choked her until Ms. Ramirez-Cruz lost consciousness. It was at that point that Morales-Rodriguez is said to have cut the baby from the pregnant mother’s womb and moved Ramirez-Cruz’s body to the basement.
Morales-Rodriguez then called paramedics saying that she gave birth at home and the baby wasn’t breathing. The baby did not survive and an autopsy revealed that the baby was not born naturally. It was at that time that police arrested Morales-Rodriguez and found the body of Ms. Ramirez-Cruz.
Has anyone in the history of forever ever gotten away with this crime? To the best of my recollection no. So why do so many crazy women keep trying it? What makes them think that they’ll be the one to get away with it when so many others haven’t. Like I keep saying about child abusers, the police and medical professionals are much smarter than you. You can’t fool them when it comes to such brutality like this.
And if you’re this crazy and you can’t have any of your own kids maybe God and the universe are trying to tell you something.
