Andrew Osantowski is free

Andrew Osantowski

The man who once referred to himself as ‘Nazi Bot Sadistic’ is now a free man.

Andrew Osantowski who spent a few years in prison for plotting an attack against Chippewa Valley High School in Macomb County, Michigan is now a free man as he returned to his home today after being released from prison.

If you’ll recall when he was arrested he was found to be in possession of bomb making materials and various other weapons some of which were stolen firearms that included an AK-47. Let’s also not forget that he was not only an Eric Harris worshiping mutant but a self proclaimed Nazi as well.

Now that he’s out he’s on two years probation. Anybody want to take any bets on whether or not he’ll end up back in the news in that time?

Andrew Osantowski to be released from prison

Andrew Osantiwski

Andrew Osantowski is a self admitted nazi and mutant who I first came into contact with online before he was even arrested. He had a nazi/mutant website that linked to mine. I had it shut down.

A few months later he was arrested for plotting an attack against Chippewa Valley High School in Macomb County, Michiagn. He was convicted and sentenced to serve 4 1/2 to 22 years. In my opinion he’s a psychopath in every sense of the word. Yet the crack smoking Michigan parole board wanted to release him as soon as he was eligible for parole at the 4 1/2 year mark.

Prosecutors fought the move but the Michigan State Supreme Court ordered that he be released and Andrew’s mommy says that he should be released sometime this week.

Sleep tight Macomb County. This psycho will be roaming your streets any day now. It will only be a matter of time before he finds himself on the wrong side of the law again.

Andrew Osantowski to remain in prison again

No Release for Man Who Threatened Michigan School:

Yesterday the Michigan Court of Appeals upheld a previous ruling that kept the Michigan Mutant, Andrew Osantowski behind bars.

In 2005 Osantowski was sentenced to 4 1/2-22 years behind bars for plotting an attack against Chippewa Valley High School in Macomb County.

The Michigan parole board wanted to release him after he served the minimum 4 1/2 years of his sentence saying that he’s no longer a danger. Why they’re fighting so hard to put this hate mongering mutant back out on the streets is beyond me.

Marvin Osantowski Sentenced

Convicted teen’s dad gets probation in deal:

Marvin Osantowski, the father of would be school shooter Andrew Osantowski, was sentenced to 18 months probation after pleading guilty to receiving a stolen golf cart from his son…

In exchange, prosecutors dropped charges that Marvin Osantowski helped his son hide a cache of weapons, including an AK-47, bomb-making devices and hundreds of rounds of ammunition in the family home in Clinton Township.

Marvin Osantowski, a DaimlerChrysler employee with disabilities, said he accepted the plea deal to spare his family a trial on the weapons charges.

“To keep Andrew out of the news, I chose this route,” Osantowski said. “Am I happy it took so long? No.”

Biernat also modified Marvin Osantowksi’s probation terms to allow him to visit his son in the Macomb Correctional Facility in Lenox Township.

Osantowski’s MySpace a Fake?

Yesterday I told you about what was believed to be Andrew Osantowski’s MySpace account. Well I received word today from someone on decent authority that the site is a fake. I guess, as they at Snopes, we’ll classify this one “Undetermined”.

Andrew Osantowski’s MySpace

A few months ago I wondered if Andrew Osantowski had internet access in prison since his Yahoo profile had changed since he was sentenced. I received an e-mail today from someone in the know who said that he does not have net access in prison but he has someone on the outside maintaining his internet presence. I was also sent a link to Osantowski’s MySpace account. Of course I’m not going to link it but here’s a screen shot…

What smacks you in the face first? Why the swastika claiming white power of course. And like most MySpace sites the background makes it totally unreadable but that’s ok, I’ll translate…

Andrew’s Interests
General Neo-Naziism, spray painting swastikas, fertilizer bombs
Books The Threat of the Hitler Cult, Adolf Hitler, The Neo-Nazis This profile was edited with Thomas’ myspace editor™ V2.5
Heroes Adolf Hitler, Eric Harris, Dylan Klebold

And if that wasn’t enough…

Andrew’s Blurbs

About me:
i’m 18 and am pretty anti social, i am very interested in Hitler and the Nazi’s. a while back i got in some major trouble but im back now and im ready to get my life back on track. if you want im me sometime my sn is nazibotsadistic

Who I’d like to meet:
McGinty’s!

What’s scary is that he has 100 MySpace friends. Do the MySpace drones just add anyone indiscriminately?

What’s even scarier is that when he says he wants to meet the McGinty’s he means Celia McGinty, the Idaho teenage girl who turned him in, and Celia’s father Sgt. George McGinty, who is a policeman in Washington who first alerted authorities to Osantowski’s plot to shoot up his school. Does that sound like a thinly veiled threat to anyone else?

For someone who is still obsessed with nazism and the scumbags Harris and Klebold it doesn’t sound like someone who said this at his sentencing

“I am truly sorry for the things I have done. My family never raised me like this.”

“Whichever path leads to normalcy and freedom is the one I want to take,”

Just think, this unrepentant ball of hate will be out of jail when he’s 22.

UPDATE: The site is possibly a fake.

Marvin Osantowski pleads guilty

Father of teen in Chippewa Valley High threats convicted:

Andrew Osantowski’s father, Marvin Osantowski, pleaded guilty to one count of receiving and concealing stolen property worth $1,000 to $20,000. This was in reference to a golf cart that Andrew Osantowski stole. What gets me is that even though he won’t likely face any jail time he’s looking at a max of 5 years. Meanwhile his son who was stockpiling weapons to shoot up his school only got 4 1/2 years. If by some bizarre chance Osantowski the elder gets sentenced to more time than his son then there is something seriously screwed up in the state of Michigan.

Andrew Osantowski: Addendum

Just some tidbits about Andrew Osantowski.

Here is his profile with the Michigan Department of Corrections.

And here is his Yahoo Profile where he still is linked to my site. It looks like he still has net access because that picture has changed. It used to be this picture…

Anybody else recognize the shirt he’s wearing? That’s right it’s a t-shirt from now defunct white supremacist record label Panzerfaust Records. And if he still does have net access which it appears he does and he still has links to white supremacist sites and the like then it seems like he hasn’t learned his lesson.

Andrew Osantowski sentenced

Teen convicted of threatening terrorism sentenced to at least 4 1/2 years:

Andrew Osantowski was sentenced today to a minimum of 4 1/2 years in prison with 10 months time served.

Osantowski, who turned 18 last month, cried as the judge spoke. Before being sentenced he apologized, reading from crumpled handwritten yellow legal pages.

“I look back and realize how lost I was,” he told the court. “I am truly sorry for the things I have done. My family never raised me like this.”

“Whichever path leads to normalcy and freedom is the one I want to take,” he said.

I hope he’s sincere but you’ll have to forgive me if I’m a little skeptical.

Clueless in Michigan

Glenn R. Stutzky: State’s terror law is abused:

According to the article Glenn R. Stutzky is a clinical instructor in Michigan State University’s School of Social Work. The law he is referring to is the law that convicted would be school shooter Andrew Osantowski. He has some issues with Michigan’s terror law…

The terrorism statue was designed to assist law enforcement in dealing with adults who threaten to commit acts of terrorism and not for use against school-aged children.

So what you’re saying is that school-aged children, in this case 17-years-old, are not capable of acts of terrorism? I think there are some people in Colorado and Minnesota who probably disagree with you.

Here is the problem: The terrorism law does not distinguish between a student “making” a threat and actually “posing” a threat.

Did Andrew Osantowski really “pose” a threat?

That may not be the best question; a better one might be: “Where was he along the continuum between just blowing off steam and actually taking action?”

Andrew Osantowski did in fact pose a threat. Or was having guns, ammo, and bomb making instructions just blowing off steam?

Mr. Stutzky also pushes some well-meaning but probably doesn’t apply in real life program…

Oakland Schools has developed “Guidelines for Assessing Threatening Dangerous Behaviors in Schools”, a systematic and comprehensive process to assess threats made by students and a means to address dangerous behaviors through an integrated intervention plan.

The intervention begins immediately and ultimately involves the student, family, school and community. Every threat is taken serious and initiates a process that results in a determination of the level of concern that exists – strong, moderate, or minimal and has a clear threshold of when to contact and involve the police.

Law enforcement benefits from GATDBS by not having to immediately come out to a school every time a threat is spoken, e-mailed, or written on a bathroom wall.

Emphasis mine.

That’s some good thinkin’ there Glenn. If the police didn’t take every threat seriously how many shootings do you think would have happened by now including the one involving Andrew Osantowski? How many people do you think Andrew Osantowski would have killed if his threat was not taken seriously? Do you want that kind of blood on your hands? You probably wouldn’t care. You’d just blame it on something else. Like the oppressive legal system or some such other nonsense. And the fact that you consider yourself an educator is frightening.

Liberals: not wanting to hurt the feelings of criminals and terrorists for over 35 years.
