Police: Craigslist ‘Companionship’ Ad Leads To Attack, Robbery:

I used to have a site called MyCrimeSpace. It dealt with crimes as it relates to social media and gave birth to this very site. There used to be a running gag on the site we called “The hot girl on MySpace doesn’t really want you” due to the number of guys who were being robbed while thinking they were going on a MySpace booty call. Not surprisingly it also happens on craigslist. I’ve mostly focused on this when gay males go cruising and end up getting robbed but straight men are still at it too.

For example this dumbass from Palm Beach County, Florida who went on a craigslist hook up to meet a woman calling herself ‘Holly’. Holly allegedly placed an ad on craigslist looking for ‘companionship’. The kind of companionship guys think about at 4am because that’s when the victim went to meet her.

Instead he got a beatdown by two men while ‘Holly’ stood there and watched.

After the beating, the men took the victim’s wallet and keys, then tied his hands and feet and threw him in the trunk of his car. They then drove the car for a few minutes, let the man out of the trunk, then drove off in his car.

Not quite what he was looking for I’m sure. However this all could have been prevented if the guy wasn’t thinking with his dick.

Holly has been identified as Stephanie Scott and has been charged.

Bottom line: Don’t be a dumbass. The women on craigslist who say they want companionship are either hookers or they want to rob you.

Two transients plead guilty in fatal beating of mentally ill man:

I originally posted about Juggalo Steven Bauder and his non-juggalo friend Marcus Dennis here. They were both in trial for the hours long beating death of 25-year-old Noel Lopez.

Dennis believed that Lopez raped a 15-year-old female friend of his. Police say that Lopez liked the girl but the two never had any kind of sexual relationship. Bauder, considering himself a ‘street enforcer’ assisted Dennis with beating Lopez to death.

Two weeks after the trial started the pair have pleaded guilty to Noel Lopez’s death. In the terms of the plea they are facing a max of 26 years. If they would have been convicted of first degree murder they were looking at life sentences. The pair will be sentenced in early 2012.

Bauder also considered himself part of a group called Downtown Juggalos. Again, if you don’t want police to consider you a gang don’t all dress alike and have the same haircuts and commit murder. That’s what gangs do.

Court case progresses in alleged ‘Juggalo’ attack:

It seems that we have another Juggalo getting ready to go up the river. This time it’s 25-year-old Steven D. Bauder from the Seattle area. Bauder and an accomplice, 22-year-old Marcus D. Dennis, are accused in the 2008 murder of 25-year-old Noel Lopez in a beating that was said to have taken hours.

The motive behind the crime seems to be that Bauder didn’t seem to care for the way that Lopez was treating his 15-year-old ‘street sister’ whatever the hell that means. So Bauder and Dennis took him to a construction site where they beat Lopez to death.

Bauder has bought into the gimmick so much he allegedly considers himself a ‘street enforcer’.

Again, I am not saying that all Juggalos are criminals but there seems to be a large number of you that believe the gimmick a bit too strongly. And it’s not the music that makes assclowns like Bauder into psychopaths. I’m sure he already was one.

34-year-old Charles Gaspard of Assumption Parish, Louisiana was convicted in the 2008 murder of his 65-year-old mother Beatrice Gaspard.

Gaspard punched his mother in the face and torso at least 16 times because she woke him from a nap. That beating put her in the hospital and she died four days later. For four days she teetered on the brink between life in death, probably in immense pain, all because her idiot son woke her up from nappy time. I wonder if she took his binky as well.

His lawyer argued that Gaspard was mentally ill. They always argue mentally ill. As I keep saying if by mentally ill they mean that he was a rage filled psychopath then yes. Still not an excuse to murder your mother over something so trivial.

Gaspard will more than likely be sentenced to life in October.

Modesto park attacker seen with Juggalos:

Joshua Huggins was one of the Juggalos that was convicted of beating a man in Modesto, California. He was sentenced to a year time served.

Part of his felony probation was that he couldn’t fraternize with other Juggalos lest he be sent to jail for 7 years. Guess what he was sent to jail for? Well, besides being an idiot he was sent to jail for 3 months for being caught with other Juggalos.

A probation officer testified that Huggins was hanging around people known to law enforcement as Juggalos, owned a clown T-shirt and posted Juggalo content on his MySpace page, Miller said.

If I got arrested for something and I was told I couldn’t blog or I would be sent to jail for 7 years I wouldn’t blog. Too bad the judge didn’t send him away for 7 years.

Listen kids, being a Juggalo is not worth 7 years of jail. Not to mention you’re not as cool as you think you are.

4 alleged gang members convicted of beating man:

You remember these three literal assclowns don’t you. They’re Larry Williams, 20, Brandon Ferrell, 19, and Kurt Petersen, 23. Along with the unpictured Joshua Huggins, 18, they were all arrested for beating a Modesto, California man so bad that they broke his leg and left him with permanent injuries.

They all pleaded no contest to the charges against them except for Huggins who pleaded guilty. They were all sentenced to a year in jail except for Williams who got seven years because he already had two strikes against him.

The part that sucks is that Ferrell and Huggins have already been released since they already spent a year in jail awaiting trial. Petersen still has to serve his time though. I wonder if he’ll still think he’s a badass after serving his time.

Remember kids even ICP themselves that the criminal element among their fans are grown retards. I would argue that they aren’t grown. For example check out the behavior of some of ‘the family’ in the courthouse.

Monday morning, the courtroom gallery was filled with young people, some in Insane Clown Posse clothing. A few hissed and scoffed as victim William August, 54, called Juggalos “dangerous, malevolent gang bangers” and detailed the pain he’s been through since the March 7, 2009 attack.

First off if you’re a Juggalo why would you even bother going to the courthouse. You should be distancing yourselves from these guys who are giving Juggalos an even worse name. Plus you may get picked up on your own outstanding warrants.

And again if you don’t want people to think that you’re a gang stop acting like one. If you all wear the same clothes and commit crimes together that makes you a gang.

Assault charges dropped against gang member:

It seems the mimes are acting up again. When they’re not busy beating up 12-year-olds it seems that some members of Juggalo nation take to beating on the homeless. Stealing candy from babies will be next I’m sure.

Pictured is one Jonathan Appelt of Corvallis, Oregon. He was arrested for allegedly beating up a 55-year-old homeless man. And true to mime form he allegedly had a hatchet on him at the time. And by hatchet I’m sure it was the kitchen meat cleaver that Juggalos keep confusing with a hatchet.

What is also interesting about this story is that another Juggalo was arrested along with Appelt however charges have been dropped against him since he has agreed to testify at a grand jury. Did he roll on his fellow Juggalo? So much for ‘the family’.

In order we have Shane Roof (Roofie), 20, Curtis Foose (Ice Cold), 25, Jeffrey Gombert (Smokestack), 19, and Andrew Tutko (Chia Pet), 19. Ok, I made the last nickname up. Anyway, they are all Juggalos from the Hazleton, Pennsylvania area. They’ve all been arrested in the death of former Juggalo 21-year-old Anthony Locascio. I say former since he’s no longer drawing breath.

The story goes that Locascio ratted out some his Juggalo family to police on some vandalism charges. Locascio and an accomplice allegedly cut the brakeline of a car that belonged to a girl they knew.

So in retaliation the four allegedly lured him out into the woods with the promise of two pounds of weed, beat him to death with baseball bats and then removed his clothes. That’s basically the way you sometimes get dishonorably discharged from a Juggalo clique.

Give props to police and District Attorney for refusing to comment on the Juggalo connection. Too many small town police forces act like Juggalos are the second coming of The Crips when most of them don’t even have the IQ of a dog biscuit.

And to the Juggalos out there, if you want people to stop thinking you’re a gang, stop acting like one.

20-year-old Larry Williams is one of the quartet of Juggalos in Modesto, California who are accused of beating a man in a park. I guess Larry thought that he didn’t have to show up for court after he was released on his own recognizance. Where did they catch him? The same park where the beating took place. Granted police lured him there but that’s beside the point. Now he’s being held on $125K bail.
